GET TO KNOW ME

A Licensed Professional Offering Both Virtual and In Person Support

I blend my direct and honest style with an insight-oriented approach to therapy. While I am interested in your past and how it has impacted you, my focus is on your ability to meet your goals in the present day. As we identify some of the emotional patterns you would like to change, I will introduce more solutions focused tools, borrowed from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Through the collaborative and nonjudgmental relationship that we build in our sessions, you will gain insight into why you feel and react the way that you do.

I have over fifteen years of experience working with individuals and families in the East Bay. During that time, I have worked at the inpatient, residential and Partial Hospital Program (PHP) levels of care. I received my B.A. in psychology from Claremont McKenna College, and I received my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. I am an active member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).
